Log into your Dream Drive account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
